Welcome to the Bankruptcy pre-discharge Debtor Education online course offered by h2 Communication, LLC.
Please read the following statements carefully so that you will understand the procedures for registering for this session.
Our bankruptcy services are available online only as we do not offer in office or over the phone service. h2 Communication, LLC has been educating consumers and clients about money and credit since 2002. Our counselors have completed the Certificated Debt Management Profession program with Partnership for Financial Education or the Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC) certification through the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education, and are required to continue their education yearly to maintain these highly regarded certifications.
h2 Communication, LLC is a for-profit company dedicated to providing high quality and proven financial education curriculum. We do not pay or receive fees or other considerations for referrals of debtor students to our agency. h2 Communication, LLC is obligated to provide your certificate promptly upon
completion of instruction, and we will do this immediately upon the completion of your online course. The Executive Office for the United States Trustee (EOUST) can potentially review debtor information as needed. The EOUST has only reviewed and approved* Prefiling credit counseling and Post-filing debtor education services.
Upon the completion of your DOJ approved Online debtor education Bankruptcy pre-discharge course our agency will provide you a certificate of completion Post-filing debtor education. You will receive this certificate when you complete the Post-filing debtor education post-test. After taking the post-test, should you have concerns about the post-test questions or corrected responses please discuss your concerns using the following email email@example.com.
We will ask you to voluntarily fill out basic demographic information. We will not disclose any such information that you provide orally or in writing to anyone, except as authorized by you in writing or as required by law, such as a response to a subpoena or the United States Trustee in their oversight of this agency during the investigation of complaints, during on-site visits or during quality service reviews. We may compile data in aggregate form; however, your information will not be disclosed in any manner that would personally identify you.
To help cover the cost of providing the Post-filing debtor education to you, h2 Communication, LLC charges a fee of $50.00 per case, payable by debit card or credit card. We highly discourage credit card usage, except in cases where a family member is offering to pay on your behalf. We do not accept personal checks. You may be eligible for a waiver of this fee based upon your lack of ability to pay, defined as 150% or less of the poverty guidelines updated periodically by the US Department of Health and Human Services. Click on the Fee Waiver Calculator link below to find out if you qualify for a waiver. If so, please email using the provided email address below to finalize your registration. The $50.00 per case fees represents the entirety of our post-filing debtor education certificate-related fees. We do not charge any additional fees associated with the generation of the certificate.
Our agency has a policy prohibiting it from paying or receiving fees for the referral of clients, except under a fair share agreement. No fees are either paid or received by our agency for the referral of a client to a bankruptcy attorney or any bankruptcy alternative agency. We provide the debtor education certificate program online only, in English. Should you require assistance in another language, please visit the US Trustee site. The United States Trustee has reviewed our personal financial management instructional course pursuant to 11 U.S.C 111(d) and the US Trustees has neither reviewed or approved any other services we provide to clients.
